From Route

Take Exit 32 - Route 60 Malden - Follow Route 60 to Malden Center. Take a right onto Ferry Street and then take your first left. This is Eastern Ave. Avenue C is located at 166 Eastern Ave., 1/8th of a mile from the intersection of Ferry and Eastern Ave. Look for the big clock out front.

From Route

Take Route 99 Broadway Malden. Follow to the intersection of Route 60 - Eastern Ave. Avenue C is located at 166 Eastern Ave. After you pass Sonny's Car Wash, you want to be in the left hand lane.
When you come to a small green space, bear left. This is Eastern Ave. When you come around the bend you will see the big clock. If by chance you crossed Ferry St., you went too far. Simply turn around and follow the directions from Ferry St. above.

Avenue C has parking in the front and rear of the building. There are also two municipal parking lots within 50 feet of Avenue C. The first lot is located at the corner of Ferry and Eastern Ave. along the railroad tracks. The second lot is located at 190 Eastern Ave. on the same side of the street as Avenue C.

On the weekend, please see the parking attendent if you have any problems or special needs.

Handicap parking is available in the front of Avenue C.
